Sales agent, Randy, used the no pressure/persuasive approach selling my wife and me on his credibility. We liked him! He sold benefits more than features and steered us away from cars that would not fit our needs. He did not try to sell us cars that didn't fit our needs, but stuck with the requirements we had outlined. It was a good experience!

Excellent experience. Got the car I wanted for a reasonable price. Hitarth Patel was friendly and professional. It did take a few hours with the paperwork and the back and forth with the manager, but nothing I didn’t expect. And in the end I felt treated fairly and respectfully. The finance guy did try to sell me on some additional warranties, which I refused. Lexus cars are too good in my opinion to need them. Just got to be willing to stand your ground when saying no.

The Lexus is a heaven on wheels. I loved them before and now love it even more. Just a perfect great car!

From start to finish excellent service. This is my first experience with owning a luxury car and going to a luxury dealership. Wow, everyone was so kind and professional. Tino, was great! So nice to just pull in and the staff just took over from there. The wait was about 1 1/2 hours. Seemed like no time at all. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I chose to sit in the lobby near the windows and sun. I can't say enough good things. Thank you for taking good care of your customers.

I have been waiting over 4 months for the ES 350h AWD! It arrived and Hitarth Patel texted me and we picked it up a few hours later🥳 It was well worth the wait, all the reviews were great, my expectations high and it exceeded in everything. It drives smooth and effortlessly, super quiet, getting 50mpg! The safety features are unbelievable, cruse control, lane control, alerting, auto breaking, parking assist! We couldn’t be happier.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at Lexus of Schaumburg, although I want to specifically recognize one employee who was outstanding. I came to the dealership because during a previous service visit, a Lexus technician accidentally dropped my laminated “DO NOT WASH” sign inside the driver-side door while lowering the window. I had a video showing exactly what happened and returned to the dealership simply asking for their help retrieving the sign. Unfortunately, my interaction with Richard Palicka, the service advisor, was incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional. From the beginning, Richard was rude and dismissive toward me. He gave me dirty looks, raised his voice and actually screamed at me during our interaction. I was honestly shocked to be spoken to this way by someone whose position involves dealing directly with customers. I also spoke with Tony Lopez, the Service Manager, and unfortunately did not receive the professionalism or understanding I expected from management either. I made what I considered a very reasonable request: after the sign was retrieved, I wanted the repair order/receipt to briefly document what had happened and that the dealership had removed the sign. I simply wanted documentation for my records in case there were ever any issues with the door in the future. Tony refused my request, and I found the way he communicated with me unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The bright spot of this entire experience was Mark, the Mechanic/Technician who helped me. (Unfortunately I didn’t get his last name) Mark deserves 5 out of 5 stars. He was incredibly kind, honest, patient and understanding from the moment I spoke with him. He listened to my concerns and even allowed me to come into the service area and watch while he worked on the door. When I asked Mark what he would personally do in my situation, he gave me a straightforward answer: he would retrieve the sign because it wasn’t supposed to be inside the door. I especially appreciated his honesty. Retrieving the sign meant additional work for him, so it would have been easy to simply tell me to leave it there. Instead, he gave me his genuine opinion and then took care of the problem. He was able to retrieve the sign relatively quickly without completely removing the door panel. We also had a great conversation while he worked. Mark is exactly the type of person Lexus should want representing its service department. My ratings based on this experience: Mark — Mechanic/Technician: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Professional, honest, understanding and genuinely helpful. Everything went fine. This was the second free servicing I received when I bought the car.

I made an appointment prior to my visit and I was in and out within an hour.

I've had a wonderful experience at Woodfield Lexus. Eddie H sold me my LX600 and he gave me exceptional service. I've been thinking about purchasing another Lexus and I immediately contacted Eddie. He was helpful and never made me feel pressured to buy a car. Because of that I will always return to Eddie, he won't steer you in the wrong direction. No annoying phone calls / texts from Lexus just genuine service.

I have an 8 week old 2026 RX 350H with 1100 miles on her. This is my first Lexus, and my first "luxury" car. I wanted to get an oil change because a new engine's moving parts go through a break-in phase that releases microscopic metal debris into the oil. I bought my vehicle at another dealership in the Chicagoland area but didn't get the greatest vibe there so I thought I'd give Woodfield Lexus a try. I was also hoping to work with a female Service Advisor as I like to support women working in a mostly male dominated industry. I looked on their website and found Tammie Sage and also saw that she had favorable reviews. Boy did I strike GOLD! She was wonderful to work with! She is very personable and spent quite some time with me in her office getting to know me. I appreciated the extra time she spent and then getting the service done in less time than she told me it would take. The Dealership is beautiful and they offer a very nice waiting room with a custom coffee machine, water and snacks. Seating is comfortable and there is a TV to help pass the time. I am very loyal to my Service Advisors and plan to make all my appts with her in the future! Thank you, Tammie, for a Premium Experience! 5 Stars...
