This was my first experience at a Lexus dealership and I was not sure what to expect. I was surprised how much better of an experience it was compared to other dealerships I have been to in the past. Mustafa was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase as he actually had the same car. We indicated that we were looking at that type of vehicle and I think that is why they matched us with him. Mustafa took his time with us, answered all our questions and never made use feel pressured or rushed. He offered many alternatives an went through line my line with the features as we compared models. Your service department found the problem and my Westmont Dealer missed it twice and would not do anything until I will have a wheel alignment too at the same after I came back with the same problem. I don't think I have a problem with the will alignment that would interfere with the LANE ASSIST SOFTWARE.
