The service was for routine maintenance. Tony took care of my car, explained what was going to be done, and contacted me as soon as it was finished. It only took a little over an hour! It was my 3rd of 4 routine maintenance so there was no charge.

After a 3 month journey and contacting about 25 Lexus dealerships nationwide, learning about Lexus CPO, and dealing with crazy markups for the LC500 in its final production run, I finally picked this dealership and worked with Hitarth Patel to make it happen. I'm from Ohio and had a great experience dealing out of state with Woodfield Lexus. James Stark was an excellent salesman who was extremely knowledgable about the 2024 LC500 I purchased. From the paperwork through shipping and delivery, everything was smooth and flawless. This is how you do business. No games and hidden fees, just beautiful vehicles and good salesmen that are there to help the customer. Highly recommended.

I just bought a 2026 NX 350 hybrid from Woodfield Lexus in Schaumburg, and I love it! The features and technology are great! I also had a good experience working with the dealership and my sales associate, Hitarth Patel, was very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend working with him!
