The 2024 Lexus GX is a mid-sized SUV that balances urban functionality, convenience features, and off-road driving capability. It arrives at Woodfield Lexus with some new features for the new model year, and we’re covering a few of our favorites here.

Attractive Design

Lexus knows how to design an attractive vehicle, and the 2024 Lexus GX impresses you no matter your vantage point. Outside, you’ll notice an aggressive but refined design language. Inside, an ergonomically flawless cabin provides seating for seven passengers.

Tech and Safety for a Higher Level of Comfort

The best design, however, is that which stays out of the way while you’re enjoying the luxury amenities. The new Lexus GX features plenty, including the Lexus Interface Multimedia System, smartphone mirroring, and the Lexus Safety System+® suite for protection and peace of mind.

Off-Road Ready

The 2024 Lexus GX has surprising off-road capabilities for a luxury vehicle. Four-wheel drive and a Torsen® differential are standard across all trims. However, two trims extend these capabilities even further.

Lexus GX Overtrail and Overtrail Plus

The Overtrail and Overtrail Plus trims of the 2024 Lexus GX emphasize off-roading capabilities more than the other trims. These only offer seating for five passengers, leaving more room for camping gear, supplies, and other cargo. What doesn’t fit inside can go overhead on roof rails that provide supplemental storage.

There are also 33-inch all-terrain tires on 18-inch wheels and a skid plate that protects the vehicle’s undercarriage from environmental damage. Both can tow up to 8,000 lbs.
